GREENIE

(beginners / all levels)

Get ready to embark on your life changing YOGA loft journey in this gentle introduction to postures, alignment and yoga philosophy in a safe and nurturing environment. We recommend anyone new to yoga to do Greenie classes for the first one to two months of practice. 45 & 60 min classes.

Jump start your practice with a 90min Greenie workshop, they run on the last Sunday of each month at 10am.


Hot Power Yoga /Power Vinyasa

Sweat, stretch and sculpt your way to a new you in this hugely popular Hot Power Yoga class based on Baron Baptiste’s ‘Power Yoga’. Burn calories fast in this ultimate workout and see why this class is taking over Newcastle one drop of sweat at a time!

60, 75 & 90 minute classes. Room heated to 35 degrees.

Power Vinyasa is all of the above without the room being heated to 35 degrees.


Sweat Express

Designed to fit into your busy life, this express class is perfect for a little lunchtime sweat session. Sweat Express is a 45 minute version of Hot Power, a powerful and dynamic workout that will take you to the edge.


Yin

Yin & Meditation

Yin & Yoga Nidra

(beginners / all levels)

Experience deep release in this slow paced style. Yin is for everyone from all levels of yoga, age and walk of life. A great way to relax and revitalise the tissues of your body.

Yin & Meditation is a yin practice which incorporate a 15 minutes meditation.

Yin & Yoga Nidra is a yin practice including a guided sleep meditation for ultimate relaxation.


Prana Vinyasa

(beginners / all levels)

A liberating and rhythmic vinyasa flow class with music, inspired by Shiva Rea. This class is an active way to release any extra energy held in the mind, body and spirit.

60 minute full body workout.


Loft Community

(beginners / all levels)

Loft Community is a YOGA loft initiative to ensure everyone in the community can access a yoga class. Members of the community can attend this class for $5 with all donations going to Cancer Council.

This is a 60 minute class on Wednesdays at 7.15pm

The class is non-heated and suitable for all levels.

*Please pre book for the class or turn up 10 mins early to fill in a form if you are new to our studio. Please bring a towel and water bottle.


Yogi Play

Yogi Play is a chance for you to have some fun.. upside-down! We will teach you ways to safely navigate your way in and out of inversions, all whilst having a bit of fun together.

45 minutes.


Mums & Bubs

For all our mums & their little bundles of joy. A time for you to relax and stretch out our beautiful strong bodies and the little ones have the studio to roam freely in or join their mum in a downward dog…
