Pranayama is the fourth limb on the path of Astanga Yoga. The practice of pranayama is often described as the gateway between the gross, physical, and external components of a yoga practice to the subtler and internal aspects of yoga traditions. Breath is the only constant and through practices of regulating and retaining the breath, we are able to gain a deeper insight into self.

This workshop is designed for anyone curious about pranayama and the role it plays in a complete yoga practice, as a tool for meditation and its contribution to deeper relaxation and joy.
