What is your favourite class at YOGA loft?

Hot power Vinyasa for the physical workout and Yin for the mental workout.

When did you first start yoga and what do you like most about the practice?

I am still super fresh I’ve been practicing consistently since January. The thing I like most about the practice is that for the entire time you are on the mat nothing else matters, all the distractions of life become irrelevant.

What are you passionate about in life?

There’s a long list of things but if I was to pick just one I would have to say personal development, whether changing negative habits or overcoming fears I think growth is the most important thing in life.

What is your favourite food/drink?

Anything Mexican.

What is your favourite thing about humanity?

I think I’d have to say our ability to adapt to different situations. Whether on a personal level or humankind as a collective our ability to develop solutions to problems and overcome adversity is something I think is really cool.

What is your most loved part of Newcastle?

Without a doubt the beaches.

Do you have any words of wisdom you’d like to share with our readers and fellow Lofties?

Not any words of wisdom I’ve come up with but the book I am reading at the moment has a great quote I haven’t been able to get out of my head
