YOGA loft provides tailored yoga classes for school kids, both in our studio or in your school. Our teachers inspire children to explore yoga and creative movement as a positive form of expression to develop the child physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our program is fun, imaginative and energetic and can cater for a wide variety of school needs.

For infants, a popular time to hold classes is after recess. Children generally can find it difficult to re-focus on their school work after the bell calls them from the playground. Teachers definitely notice the difference in their students after class.
We also offer Primary and High School sports programs both in studio and at your school.
Program options are 45, 60 or 75min time slots. Program options include:

YOGA loft also has kid’s yoga in the studio during the week called SPROUT – A super fun, imaginative and energetic class designed to help children build strength, flexibility, and concentration. See your little sprout grow in body and mind at the YOGA loft. Ages 4 – 8. 45minute class. Parents can sit in on the class or chill out in our lounge area. Check the timetable for details.
